I had the VC-301(Bagged version of the VC-303) For £17 it was excellent. it had a pretty rough life though. I used it whilst building a new bedroom in the loft and it did ol untill it got clogged up after a few days work
Possibly one of the worst vacuums ever made. You really do get what you pay for. Anybody who thinks you can get a decent vac for £17 new need their head testing!
