What appears to be forgotten here by Which is that stick vacs, corded or rechargeable, should only be considered as supplemental vacuums. They are meant for light work -- quick pick-up of dry spills, fast once overs of floors before company arrives, etc. -- not the duties of a good regular vacuum. There are other stick vacs that suit that purpose at less cost.
