The serie 5 is now outdated, like the Roomba 531 (or 530) in this video test in POV (Power Of Vision) we must now only compare robot vacuum cleaners from the serie 7. We could also review the iRobot Roomba and its numerous competitors by Samsung, Paranello, Koenig, Rowenta or LG. You can find a limited choice in supermarkets, but online you have access to the whole family in all manufacturers. In my opinion, from reivews I have read and after careful study, the best robot vacuum cleaner is the Roomba 790, despite the fact that the newest model from Samsung is really attracting with its charging base that doubles as a recipient for dust as well as its innovative room mapping system with a camera pointing upwards to the ceiling... But despite this, I still trust iRobot and its latest model the 790 (but it is also relevant for the 770 and the 780 even if they don't have the latest features) so that's the one I recommend to buy.
