In Britain they're probably our biggest selling vacuum, The company that makes them (Numatic) is based here and they have been making Henry's since 1981. They've hardly changed since then and have built up a big reputation for reliability and durability in both the commercial and domestic markets. They're just as popular in hotels, shops, factories etc as they are in regular homes. I personally have had my Henry since 1990.
