I must be one of the few people to have ever thrown a paper airplane off the hoover dam. Back in 1979, while standing next to the visitor tower on the California side, I tossed a paper airplane out over the dam and I don't exaggerate when I say that thing floated for several seconds before it began to descend.
The video is an example of engineering at it's best. Also, why you have water and electrical power in this area of the country. Pity people can't appreciate the marvels of engineering instead of geting "stupid"!!! and crass....
