  1. I have three questions. First, how does the Royal Everlast series compare in both airflow and agitation to the Tristar (let's go with MG3 for specifics)? Secondly, I know that too much agitation can eventually start tearing out carpet fibers--how does the Royal perform in that respect (I heard that Riccars can definitely start tearing up carpets). Thirdly, do you know if the new LG Kompressor series (upright or canister) have good agitation?

  2. Hey guys I enjoyed this video. I can't believe people were saying that you guys cheated in the video... that's just insanity. It was really clear and straight forward... Clay's grammar could stand a bit of polishing ("it does an extremely well job?") and the other guy in the other video was a little snarky, but that's understandable with all the unjust criticism the video previously received. Good job guys!

  8. CRAP! this is proof that these companies have and will dick you and your pockets. especially women...with designing something that looks good but doesn't do a damn thing but average work.

did you see the test with agitation? that damn dirt was bouncing off the carpet!!!!

    wow.

there should be no more arguments, oh well...im sure millions of women and some idiot men will still get a vacuum for aesthetics, that foolishness is just amazing to me.

I'm getting one of these. I've spent a lot of money on cheap temporary ones from walmart. Great video!

  10. I would love to see a video comparing the Shark Navigator vs. Royal vs. the vacuum that won the consumer reports laterst test (it wasn't a royal... I do remember that much, lol). Great video I learned a lot.

  11. I used to sell Kirby's and with their sales training I learned how to sell ice to eskimos. I didn't like the shady sales tactics and I didn't feel like I was giving people a good value for their money, so I quit that job. Kirby vac's used to be built like tanks, but it seems that with every new model that it has less metal parts swapped out with plastic. For them it appears profit is more important than quality.

  12. What kind is a Rainbow Vacuum?

  13. Can you discuss the Royal canister vs the Miele canister? Which one is better for picking up dirt?

  15. Very informative video. I think that every person has a unique vacuum experience. Some people have kids, some people have pets and some people don't... so the "best" vacuum cleaner for each could be different according to lifestyle and how you use the vacuum as well as maintain it. What are your views on bagged vacuums compared to bagless? I HATE bagless ones! Bagged ones lasted longer and were easier to use and maintain. Can we please bring back the bagged vacuums???

Check your history....Royal began in 1905 as P. A. Geier Company and was renamed Royal in 1953. James Kirby built his first vacuum in 1906.

  21. your soo wrong kirby has been around longer then that shit you sell

    BalasHapus
  22. It is obviouis you are a Kirby fan and thats ok. To answer your questions, a blower? no. Polishyour floors? no. Turn into a canister? no. Filtration? it has a Certified HEPA bag available. Warranty 7yrs bumper to bumper and lifetime on housing. Amps? 10 Transmission? no, but then because it weighs less it does not need on and that is just one less thing to go wrong. As far as stealing patents, You had better learn more about your vacuum history. Royal has been around longer than Kirby.

  23. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhahahhaaahh look at that old royal.

"Best vacuum cleaner on the market."
Lol Can it turn into a blower?
can it buff and polish your floors?
Can you turn it into a canister?
    Whats the filtration system?
    Whats the Warranty?
How many Amps does it use?
does it have a automatic transmission that nearly drives itself?

too bad they took the patent from the Kirby. Kirby is king. Always has, always will be.

  24. The Kirby is a good vacuum, however there are some differances. Te Kirby is more expensive, has a plastic fan, plastic switch and the handle grip is plastic. I have seen all of these parts fail far more often than I have seen the same parts fail on the Royal. Also the kirby weighs twice as much. My # 2 choice would be the Riccar tandem air uprights, # 3 would be the Sanitaire professioanl blue line

    BalasHapus
  25. What about a kirby? Next to the Royal direct air model, what would be the #2 or 3 choices? Thanks!
