Shark Navagator "Lift Away" vacuum cleaner review. Sony CX110, Kodak PlaySport ZX3

I've had the Shark Navigtor Lift Away vacuum cleaner for a couple of months now and I'm lovin it. It requires a couple extra steps to do things compared to a Dyson DC14 and the attachments aren't quite as nice but for the difference in price I think it's a complete no brainer, the Shark wins.

  3. I know, our carpets get vacuumed everyday and everyday it picks up a ton of stuff (we have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 granddaughter). The only thing that bothers me is the tank, it's a little too small and those two plastic bridges have me sticking my hand in the tank to dislodge debris almost daily. Other than that and the fact that I wash the foam filter way too much ( I hate seeing it dirty every time I empty the tank ) everything else about it is pretty much awesome.

  4. it's a damn good vac. i literally creamed myself doing just 1 room and seeing all the crap in my carpets (i vacuumed the day before with my recently bought bag based vac) shocked to see what it left behind. it just... boggles the mind 0.o

just checked the wheels too, they look well enough. (they prolly revised the product and put out some good models, lucky us who recently bought'em)

  5. I concur. I don't know about the newer Dyson models but the Shark for sure has more suction at the brush head and a more aggressive brush than a Dyson DC-14.

  6. Oh yes.It doesnt take long for the canister main seal to start leaking. As well as the intake port seal. Its kinda the same thing that happens to most bagless canister's.It picks up pretty descent though non the less.

  7. Yeah I think the vac is overall built pretty good but the seals suck. I am going to do an updated video because I have found a rather large problem with the canister seal, I now see what vacuumlover was talking about as far as allergies. Our tenants upstairs had a flea problem so I flea powdered everywhere and when I went to empty the tank after vaccing up the powder in the bathroom I noticed the seal had leaked all the way around the tank and it did it with the remaining rooms

  8. Lol! Dont know what that child is talking about. We've had just a couple of these come in are shop but none of them had a "blown wheele".Just floorhead clip malfunctions. There was more Dc25's that come in with locked-up balls that needed repaired over this machine. It will actually clean carpet a little better that the Dc25.If you got the model without the hepa filter it'll blow a little excece dirt out.But like all bagless,Its nasty and unhealthy to discard the dirt.Hope you enjoy it:-)

  9. Thanks for the heads up.I'll make sure my wife buckles up while vacuuming, I worry tho cause she's not a good driver so she would probably crash if a wheel falls off while she's behind the handle.
I knew I should have opted for the air bags.

  10. How can that be? According to Sharks very own infomercial I purchased the "Most advanced vacuum system" on the planet! I think you must be refering to the toaster oven feature.

  11. lol my father owns a vacuum shop. We have already repaired 20 of these in the last month.. the wheels may fall off :) just a little warning. Oh and if you have allergies its going to make them worse.
