In this demonstration, we compare the air flow produced by the Royal RY8300 to a full-sized Dyson DC17, a Hoover WindTunnel T-Series, and a Royal ProSeries. All vacuum stores use the same trick. They always say "We sell Dyson, so we are not picking on one brand" He must have said that at least twice in this video. Oldest vacuum store trick in the book. Vacuum stores never recommend a brand that you can buy in department stoes because they know the majority of consumers will buy their vacuums there because of ads, better prices, open longer hours, ect. They only recommend Ricaar, Miele, Royal, ect because you cannot buy them anywhere but from them.

I saw a video of a newer style 12 amp Royal Dirt Devil Ultra MVP against the Royal 8300 and the MVP won the air flow war. Type in "Royal vacuum airflow test" and hopefully it is still on YouTube.
BalasHapusI'm a vacuum cleaner retailer. The reason the Royal pulls harder is because you can custom adjust the Royal to any height carpet. The airflow is faster than any other vacuum. That doesn't mean it cleans better, although it's a great quality vacuum cleaner.

BalasHapusThe nozzle on the metal Royal was probably lifted higher off the carpet than the Dyson or the Hoover. If you raise the nozzle off the floor a little, there is better airflow going into the vacuum.

BalasHapusThank you for showing me and doing a FAIR TEST. Yes the royal has more air flow than a dyson :). Now I want to see something else... Have a riccar radiance go up against a royal(the best vacuum). I want you to have BOTH motors running the by pass and dirty air motor. Lets see the "Undertaker" TAKE on that challenge.
